ROSTIO Tank Protective Emulsion Rust Protection Post-Treatment

After tank rust removal with ROSTIO tank rust remover concentrate, a treatment with ROSTIO tank protective emulsion is recommended as an alternative to tank sealing in order to protect the tank on the inside from renewed rust infestation. The ROSTIO tank protective emulsion: 

• Passivates the metal after rust removal
• Completely binds the residual water after rinsing the tank
• Leaves a thin protective layer against rust infestation 

After rust removal with ROSTIO tank rust remover, the tank is only rinsed once with clear water and then thoroughly swiveled with the ROSTIO tank protective emulsion. The tank is now protected against new rust infestation, even if it is not immediately refueled and put into use. A quick drying of the tank interior after rinsing is not necessary. The ROSTIO tank protective emulsion leaves a very thin, almost invisible film, which protects the metal surface from rusting.

Application after tank rust removal with ROSTIO tank rust remover concentrate:

• After rust removal, rinse the tank with with clear water and then empty it completely
• Put the ROSTIO tank protective emulsion directly into the tank after rinsing an pivot the tank thoroughly with the rust protective emulsion
• Now drain the remaining quantity and let the tank drain well
• The tank is now protected against new rust infestation 

 500 ml ROSTIO Tank protective emulsion is sufficient for up to 30 liter tanks with overflow plates.
