ROSTIO Rust Remover Gel is ideally suited for removing rust from large surfaces. Simply apply ROSTIO Gel to large surfaces to completely remove 100% of the rust. Removes rust deep into the pores. Because ROSTIO Gel is drip-free it can also be applied overhead.

• Drip-free gel and therefore can also be applied overhead.

• Removes 100% of the rust deep into the pores – not a simple converter.

• Gel does not dry / dries only slowly.

Application: 

• Remove dirt and sand from the object.

• The object to be derusted must be free of fat and oil.

• Roughly remove loose rust mechanically as far as possible (angle grinder, wire brush, abrasive paper etc.).

• Apply Rostio Gel thickly (3-4 mm) e.g. with a spoon or spatula, etc.

• Use a soft brush to evenly distribute the applied gel.

• The gel will now begin to break down the rust.

• If the gel turns yellow in some places and contracts, wash the gel off with water and reapply.

• If the rust is not completely removed, repeat the application until there is no longer any rust.

• Afterwards remove gel with ample water, dry the surface area well and immediately protect from redeveloping more rust.
